A person reads it. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and send a screenshot if you have one. If something went wrong inside the app, the app has usually already sent us the technical details, so you do not need to describe them.
Common things
Deleting your account, or the household
Both are in Settings. Deleting your account takes your own information and the events on your own calendar. It does not delete the household or anybody else in it. Removing the household is a separate choice and only the account holder can make it.
Neither happens immediately. Both are scheduled a few days out, so there is time to change your mind. Write to us inside that window if you want it stopped.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop them. See Messaging for what we send and how to start again.
Your calendar
Wren reads your calendar, and writes to it only for a to-do you have asked to be added. That event comes back off the calendar when the to-do is done. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings.
